Paris-La Défense, July 1, 2026 – Safic-Alcan, a distributor of specialty chemicals, is pleased to announce a further extension of its partnership with Imerys.
Effective 1 July 2026, Safic-Alcan will extend its distribution of Imerys' white fillers portfolio — including talc, wollastonite, PCC, GCC, mica, perlite, kaolin, and diatomite — to plastic markets in France, Italy, and Spain. This builds on the existing plastics distribution agreement already covering Turkey and Greece, bringing the total plastics footprint to five countries.
This milestone also complements the long-established rubber distribution partnership, through which Safic-Alcan serves customers across France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Moldavia, and North Macedonia.
Together, these agreements reflect the continued growth of a collaboration that began in 2021, and the shared ambition of both organizations to deliver high-quality mineral solutions across Europe.
