Per Stohm joined Safic-Alcan Germany in 2022, following the acquisition of European Additives.

With a background rooted in masterbatch and compound production, he discovered the distribution world through Safic-Alcan — a transition driven by curiosity, collaboration and the opportunity to combine sales, product management and purchasing responsibilities.

From the outset, Per was attracted by the balance between autonomy and structure, as well as the professional and transparent recruitment process. In September 2024, he took on the role of Team Leader for Technical Sales Managers – Plastics, reflecting both his performance and the development opportunities offered within the Group.

Beyond work: nature, coffee and balance

Originally from Sweden, Per has a strong connection to nature and winter sports, enjoying skiing, ice skating and time spent near water. A keen ice hockey fan, he also shares a passion for coffee, exploring different roasters and blends through home espresso brewing. Good food — especially Italian cuisine — completes his ideal balance outside of work.
