Safic-Alcan Leadership Profile

Jean-Michel Guyon serves as General Manager and Group Chief Financial Officer of Safic-Alcan, overseeing the Group’s financial strategy and administrative functions. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, he leads Safic-Alcan’s Legal, Human Resources and Information Technology organisations, ensuring strong governance, operational efficiency and long-term structural robustness.

Jean-Michel joined Safic-Alcan in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed General Manager in 2016. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s infrastructure, supporting organisational scalability and reinforcing the foundations that have underpinned Safic-Alcan’s sustained growth.

Prior to joining Safic-Alcan, Jean-Michel held the position of CFO at Micel, a distributor of electronic insulation products and composites. He also gained extensive financial and operational experience through various roles at PwC and within industrial companies such as NTN-SNR and Franciaflex.

A native of the French Alps, Jean-Michel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESSEC. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys outdoor activities and values balance alongside his family life.
