Paris-La Défense – January 4, 2024 – Safic-Alcan, a leading global distributor of specialty chemicals, is pleased to announce the expansion of its presence in Central Europe through the establishment of a new subsidiary office in Slovakia.
The newly inaugurated Safic-Alcan subsidiary is strategically located in Bratislava, enhancing local service and commercial support for plastics and rubber customers across the region. This new office complements Safic-Alcan’s existing hubs in Central and Eastern Europe, allowing the Group to better serve a growing partner base and strengthen proximity to key industrial markets.
Leadership Appointment for the Slovakia Office
To lead Safic-Alcan’s initiatives in the region, Mr. Kamil Antoš has been appointed Managing Director. He already oversees other Safic-Alcan subsidiaries in the region, including the Czech Republic, and also serves as Global Business Developer for Polyurethane.
The local representative supporting the office’s activities is Mr. Ondřej Dvořák.
