The launch of Safic-Alcan East Africa strengthens the company’s ability to support customers across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Strategically positioned in Nairobi, the new office complements Safic-Alcan’s established regional hubs in South Africa and Egypt, significantly enhancing its service capabilities in one of Africa’s fastest-growing markets.
To lead operations in this key region, Safic-Alcan has appointed Philip Kamau as Development Director East Africa. With a chemistry degree and over nine years of experience in chemical distribution, Mr. Kamau brings deep expertise and market knowledge essential to expanding Safic-Alcan’s footprint in East Africa.
