Founded in Milan in 2012 by Mr. Paolo Pennati, PNP has built a strong reputation in the dairy sector and serves both major Italian food manufacturers and a wide range of small and medium-sized companies. The acquisition aligns naturally with Safic-Alcan’s food portfolio and complements Castelli Food, acquired in 2019.
With this acquisition, Safic-Alcan continues to build a robust presence in the food ingredients sector, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, service quality, and market development.
