Paris-La Défense, May 1st, 2023 – Safic-Alcan, a leading global distributor of specialty chemicals, announces the extension of its distribution partnership with Orion Engineered Carbons in Eastern Africa, effective May 1st, 2023.
This extended agreement enables Safic-Alcan to distribute specialty carbon blacks and rubber carbon blacks for applications in mechanical rubber goods, coatings, inks, polymers, and other specialized industrial uses.
Safic-Alcan and Orion Engineered Carbons have maintained a long-standing collaboration in Europe, with prior expansions in South Africa. This new agreement further strengthens the relationship and broadens the portfolio available to customers in Eastern Africa.
