Paris, January 15 2025 – Safic-Alcan, a global distributor of specialty chemicals, announces the appointment of Laurent Nataf as Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, effective immediately.
Laurent Nataf brings extensive experience from his career in specialty-chemicals distribution, particularly across the Asia-Pacific region, where he excelled at identifying strategic-growth opportunities and integrating newly acquired businesses. Recognized for his ability to forge high-value partnerships, he will now lead Safic-Alcan’s M&A strategy, focused on expanding the company’s global reach and delivering long-term value to customers and partners.

Operating from Dubai, Laurent Nataf will report directly to Yann Lissillour, CEO of Safic-Alcan Group. Working alongside Marie Graët, who has been part of the M&A team for several years, he will help refine the company’s acquisition roadmap and ensure the smooth integration of new entities.
