Safic-Alcan proudly celebrates a decade of operations in Bulgaria, marking an important milestone in its long-term strategy to strengthen its footprint across Eastern Europe and reinforce its commitment to local markets.
The company entered Bulgaria in 2015 through the partial acquisition of Chimsnab, a key move that solidified its position in both Performance Products and Life Sciences across the region. Over the past ten years, the Bulgarian team has been instrumental in developing long-term relationships with suppliers and customers, delivering tailor-made solutions, and upholding Safic-Alcan’s reputation for technical excellence and reliability.
To commemorate this anniversary, CEO Yann Lissillour and Executive Committee member Dr. Matthias Pfaffernoschke visited the Ruse office, where they were warmly welcomed by General Manager Georgiy Dimitrov and the local team. The celebration honored their achievements and highlighted the essential role of local leadership in driving Safic-Alcan’s regional growth strategy.
