Leadership Profile

Yann Lissillour serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Safic-Alcan Group, leading the Group’s global strategy, performance and development across markets and industries. His appointment reflects a strong continuity in leadership, combining deep internal knowledge with extensive international and cross-functional experience.

Prior to becoming CEO, Yann held the position of Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Group Business Development Director CASE between 2016 and 2020, overseeing business development activities worldwide for the Coatings, Construction, Adhesives, Polyurethanes and Industrial Specialties divisions. In this role, he played a central part in shaping the Group’s growth strategy and portfolio expansion.

Yann joined Safic-Alcan in 2000 as a Sales Engineer, following early career experience as a formulation chemist in France and Australia. He later served as Managing Director of Safic Pacific from 2004 to 2012, leading the Group’s development in the Asia-Pacific region. After an international period in Canada and the United Kingdom, he rejoined Safic-Alcan in 2016 to take on global strategic responsibilities.

He holds a degree in Chemistry and graduated from the French Rubber Institute. Based in the north of London, Yann values an active lifestyle alongside his professional commitments and enjoys tennis, outdoor activities and gardening.
