Leadership Profile

Juliette Gamez serves as Chief Digital Officer of Safic-Alcan and General Manager of Safic-Alcan France, leading the Group’s digital transformation while strengthening local execution in a fast-evolving organisation. She oversees digital initiatives across the Group, including digital marketing and customer-facing platforms, with the objective of enabling customers to search, compare and select specialty materials more efficiently.

In parallel, Juliette leads the French entity, recently carved out from the Group structure, to reinforce local agility, decision-making and operational performance as Safic-Alcan continues to scale globally. Her dual role reflects the Group’s ambition to combine global digital strategy with strong local leadership.

Juliette joined Safic-Alcan in 2008 as Account & Product Manager for Cosmetics and was appointed Business Director, France – Cosmetics in 2011. She joined the Executive Committee in September 2020. Prior to Safic-Alcan, she held a similar Account & Product Manager role at Azelis.

She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Orléans and an MSc in Cosmetics from the University of Nantes. Her background combines technical expertise, market knowledge and digital leadership within specialty ingredients distribution.

Based in Paris, Juliette values balance alongside her professional responsibilities and enjoys swimming, running and family time.
